Restorative Yoga has been shown to help balance your nervous system, reducing the anxious “fight or flight” response. By using restorative poses, held for longer periods, you allow space for mindfulness and reconnection to one's Self.
With this approach, you will leave the class feeling rejuvenated, centered and at peace.
Anik is certified in Restorative Yoga using minimal props. She practices and teaches self-care with a gentle approach.
