Part of our mission at Querencia is to provide you with a well-rounded fitness program that helps sustain your body for a lifetime. We offer hour long self-massage classes (once per week at the moment, soon to be twice a week starting in June) but we should really take time daily to roll at least one part of our body. We recommend that you participate in 1-2 renew classes with an additional 5 minutes per day for best results. In order to make incorporating this into your schedule a little easier, I have created a challenge for you! In this challenge you will find a daily self-massage video focusing on a specific part of the body. The first week will roll through the whole body. Weeks 2 and 3 will repeat a series of body parts. Finally, week 4 will focus on the core. Each day you will be asked to fill out a brief questionnaire about your experience and you will have a chance to win a prize at the end of the challenge as well as reap the benefits of a daily self-massage practice!
