A Bit About Me
As a mindful movement instructor my main goal is to lead others down the long path of reconnecting with our bodies and taking our health back into our own hands. Whether you want to move your body, reach spiritual growth, or something else, I know you’ll benefit from my classes. Since graduating from The School of Dance’s Professional Contemporary Dance Program in 2015 I have taken training courses in Hatha & Yin Yoga, the Roll Model Method, and Yoga Tune Up Level 1. Over my movement training journey I have obtained so much information about movement, strength training, mobility and flexibility. Having the chance to share all that I’ve learned along the way with Querencia members through my classes fills me with joy. Something I know for sure is that we all need some time for ourselves to slow down, renew strength and find our center.
